Cancellation Every order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us within that window.

Returns (Damaged Items Only) While we hope every item arrives safely, we understand that things happen in transit. We offer returns only if an item arrives broken or damaged, and if we receive a claim with the necessary details within 14 days of your delivery or pickup date.

Shipments & Delivery (Canada-Only) Our artifacts are prepared and packaged with care in Calgary. Please allow 2–3 days for us to process your order. We currently ship exclusively within Canada. Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days for delivery once it has been processed.

Local Pickup (Calgary) Local pickup is available near the University District area. Enjoy 5% off your order when you choose pickup at checkout.
