Order Cancellation

Please fill out the Cancellation Form below to submit your cancellation request.

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We will reimburse you within 7 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Order Return

  • Contact Us: Send an email to connect@maati.online within the 14-day window of receiving items. Please include:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Checkout email

    • Delivery Date

    • A brief description of the damage

    • The attached photos of the item and packaging

  • Items are only eligible for return,

    • if they arrive broken or damaged during transit,

    • Damaged or broken items are reported within 14 days of delivery or local pickup date.

  • We offer store credit for all approved damaged merchandise claims. Cash or original payment method refunds are not provided.

  • Take Photos: Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the outer shipping box and packaging materials.
